Our Maia and Taki services are free. Our Waiora Wellness Centre charges fees for clinical services only

Do I have to be registered with you to get your help?

To receive support from Te Ora Puāwai, you will need to register with us. Once you are registered with our services, you will have access to all our services and resources to support your health and social-related needs.

 

Do I have to be a citizen to get your help?

Yes, you will need to have a current legal status, which means you will need to let us know your citizenship status so we can understand how best to support you and your health-related needs. Te Ora Puāwai looks at all opportunities and options to support all people with long-term health conditions and disabilities.

 

How old do I have to be to get some help?

Te Ora Puāwai services are available to all people of any age who qualify for our support.

 

Do I have to be of a certain nationality to get your help?

Te Ora Puāwai services are available to all people who qualify for our support.

 

How do I qualify to receive your support?

Te Ora Puāwai has only two CRITERIA

1. You have at least two long-term health conditions, or

2. You have a disability

What if I don’t live in the area but still need help?

We aim to support people with long-term health conditions and/or disability in the South Auckland Area; however, if you need help finding support closer to you, feel free to contact us by clicking on this link and leaving a message by completing the contact form.

 

How often can I get help?

There is no time limit to work with us; we will be available to help you as long as you need our support.
